Boston Gem: Arnold Arboretum

So... fun fact about us: it's been over A YEAR since we've moved here! Another fun {not really} fact about us: we haven't done HALF the exciting things to do around here!!! booooooo! To make this fact a better fact, we've gone to the Arnold Arboretum! check!!! oh, it was gorgeous.  When they say "Boston in the fall is beautiful!" they really mean it. Last year, (in our inexperienced experience) Boston's colorful fall seemed to only last a week... this time it's been stunning for the past few weeks.  Want to see?? Take a look!

warning: lots of pictures!

these "Auden in the trees!" pictures just kill me. sorry if you don't find them as humorous and cute.

maybe this is creepy... but every time i drive by these houses along Jamaica Way... I dream about what the insides looks like. I don't doubt they're just as beautiful on the inside as they are outside.  They are simple, quaint, and so charming.  Maybe one day we'll live in a home that's over 1,000 square feet... with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, carpeted floors.... but until then, I will enjoy lots of cuddles and laughs in this apartment we call home. Because come on, how much longer do we have left living as a young student couple, living in an apartment barely big enough for our family (who knew that one baby would take up this much space??)? We have years to spend in a big home... I will cherish these special moments I have in this little place.
Home sweet home.
